At Duvinar, your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are accepted only if the package remains sealed, unused, and in its original condition. You must contact us within 12 hours of delivery if any issue arises.

To request assistance, please complete the form in the Contact section or contact us through email/phone directly. Once your request is verified, refunds will be processed and issued either to your bank account or in cash within 10–15 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
