Refund policy

At Duvinar Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that personal care items and opened electronics cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
